Precautions for use of heavy oil press

1. Before use, you must read the product manual carefully to understand the performance, structure, operation method and safety precautions of the product.

2. When using the hydraulic press, the stability of the machine must be ensured to avoid shaking or tilting of the machine.

3. Use in strict accordance with the maximum working pressure stipulated by the product, and shall not exceed the prescribed scope.

4. In the process of use, the machine must be kept clean, and the debris and dust inside and outside the machine must be cleaned regularly.

5. Proper tools must be used during operation. Hammer and other hard objects are strictly prohibited.

6. In the process of use, the machine must be kept lubricated and lubricating oil must be added regularly.

7. During use, the machine must be kept cool and the radiator and fan inside the machine must be cleaned regularly.

8. In case of machine failure, it must be stopped immediately for maintenance, not forced use.

9. During use, the safety protection device of the machine must be kept intact, and disassembly or modification is strictly prohibited.

10. When the machine is not in use for a long time, it must be maintained and stored in a dry, ventilated and dustproof place.
